Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days following the date of purchase.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is any additional delay in your order, due for example by a higher volume, I will notify you by email.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will also provide a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
EmmaBelles is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied after the transaction. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange
As owner and creator of EmmaBelle, I strive to ensure that my customers are completely satisfied with the products they purchased and we would be extremely saddened to learn otherwise.
I offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If, for some reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days following the date you've received your order to submit an exchange or refund request.
The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once I've received and inspected your return, I will process the refund on your original payment method. If for some reason I am not able to approve the refund request, in example the product has already been used or is tampered with, I will inform you by email.
Please note that all sales on custom orders and sale items are final and as such these products are not eligible for the return and exchange policy.
I do our utmost to make sure your package arrives in one piece. Sadly, it is possible for products to be damaged during shipping.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if any of the items are damaged. Make sure to include a picture of the damaged item and overall delivery. This is simply to help me create a claim with the shipping carrier.
Rest assured that I will work with you to replace any damaged item as soon as possible.
